1. Please make a pot of chili large enough to serve 40-50 sample cups. We will be serving the chili in small cups so everyone can sample more entries. 2. Your chili must be ready to be served by 12:15pm on Sunday January 27th, 2019. MAKE SURE YOUR CHILI NAME IS MARKED ON YOUR SERVING POT. 3. Power supply is very limited. We encourage you to find one of our many power strips set-up throughout Fellowship Hall to plug your pots into during church. 4. You are responsible for the clean-up of your own serving dish. 5. A limited supply of crackers, cheese and sour cream will be provided at each table. Any additional toppings will be the responsibility of each Chili Cook-Off contestant. 6. Please provide a serving spoon. 7. Winner will be determined by a vote of the congregation and announced at the completion of the Annual Meeting. We will have different categories: A. Best Overall Chili B. Best Vegetarian Chili C. Spiciest Chili D. Best Chili Name E. Best Wild Game Chili F. NEW- Best Daniel Plan Recipe Chili 8. All entries MUST be submitted by January 26th to be eligible for Golden Ladle Award. 9. If you would like to submit your recipe, we will print cards for church members to take with them.
